Privacy Policy

This describes what Leaseta (https://www.leaseta.com), operated by Designaxe, collects and how it's used. Each account's data is isolated at the database level: nothing you upload or that's extracted from it is shared with other accounts or used to train any model.

What we collect

• Account info: your email, and a hashed password if you sign up with a password (Google sign-in doesn't share your password with us).
• Lease documents you upload, and the fields extracted from them.
• Owner and tenant names/emails you add to a lease, so they can be notified and access their own read-only view.
• Billing information, handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data (e.g. page views) if analytics is enabled, to understand how the product is used.

How it's used

To run the product: authenticate you, extract and display lease data, schedule and send the reminder emails you've configured, and process payment for paid plans. We don't sell your data.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Anthropic (Claude) — reads uploaded lease documents to extract structured fields.
• Resend — sends transactional email (alerts, reminders, portal invites).
• Stripe — processes payment for paid plans.
• Google — optional sign-in.
• Vercel — hosting.

Each only receives the data it needs to perform its function.

Data access by owners and tenants

If you add someone's email as an owner or tenant on a lease, they get read-only access to that lease's terms and dates when they sign in with that email — nothing else in your account.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time by contacting us; canceling a paid plan doesn't delete your data by itself.

Your choices

You can correct or delete lease data yourself from within the app, unlink an owner/tenant email at any time, and request a full export or deletion of your account by emailing us.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
