These terms govern your use of Leaseta (https://www.leaseta.com), operated by Designaxe (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Leaseta lets you upload commercial lease documents, uses an AI model to extract key terms (rent, dates, responsibilities, and similar fields) with a confidence score and a source quote for each field, and tracks renewal and rent-due deadlines with email reminders. Every extracted field is shown to you for review before it's marked complete, and any message the agent drafts (a renewal notice, a rent reminder) is only sent to a third party after you explicitly click send.Leaseta does not collect rent, move money, or act as a payment intermediary between you and your tenants.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account. You must have the right to upload any document you submit and to share any owner or tenant email address you add to a lease.
Field extraction is performed by a third-party AI model (Anthropic's Claude). Extraction can be incomplete, wrong, or misleading, especially where a field is marked low confidence. Leaseta is a tool to help you review a lease faster, not a substitute for reading the lease yourself or for legal or professional advice. You're responsible for verifying anything you rely on before acting on it, including anything sent to a tenant or owner.
Free accounts are limited to a small number of leases. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe; we don't store your card details ourselves. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Don't use Leaseta to upload documents you don't have the right to share, to attempt to access another account's data, or to abuse the service (for example, automated scraping or attempts to overwhelm the system).
You can stop using Leaseta and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
Leaseta is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-extracted data.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Leaseta after a change means you accept the updated terms.
